The Pain Assessment Chart is a multi-purpose communication aid designed specifically to help someone express the source, degree and effect of their pain and discomfort.

Double sided to offer specific male/female information, the product is non-reflective with an integral handle and anti-bacterial qualities, as well as being suitable for use with most chemical cleaners.
